AFTERBIRTH TRAINING

Let's get you back in shape mama!

Baby has come out into the big world and it's time for mum to stay healthy, fit and fit to be able to take the best possible care of the new little one. Get back in shape, or even better shape than before you got pregnant with targeted mother-child training. In addition to the health benefits, it is an obvious opportunity for quality time with your child, setting a good example and indirectly inspiring play and movement. The training is offered 1:1 online, 1:1 outdoors and in small groups in the training center in clean and closed conditions or outdoors if it is in season.
