ABOUT ME

Athlete, physiotherapist & online coach

Sport and exercise have always been a big part of my life. I am a former elite athlete in the equestrian sport of vaulting - which, in short, is gymnastics on a galloping horse. Before fully committing to this discipline 10 years ago, I practiced several different sports. Including volleyball, basketball, misc. dancing, riding, swimming, etc. My commitment to sport and exercise eventually led my interest to physiotherapy. My sporting background and my education have given me a very special view and exceptional insight into life with training - from several angles. Also challenges with injuries, motivation, persistence and how to succeed in achieving small and large victories.

Optimizing Performance: Enable you to perform and dominate your sport while gaining new skills and sharpening your focus.

Training for pregnant women: Creative training around your pregnancy that ensures that you are strong for the expected birth and can cope with the rigors of everyday life with your new temporary body.
